Beak presents at 2^nd Colloquium on Soil Liquefaction

26^th - 27^th June 2014, Freiberg (Germany)

On 26^th and 27^th June 2014, the Technical University of Freiberg (TU BAF) hosts the 2^nd Colloquium on Soil Liquefaction. The event, which is supported by the Vattenfall Europe Mining AG, the Lausitzer und Mitteldeutschen Bergbau-Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (LMBV), the Saxon Mining Authority and the Association of Mining, Geology and Environment, provides a platform for scientific and pratical discussions.

Beak Consultants GmbH presents the results of the recently completed research project "Integrated waste rock pile safety and evaluation system (IKSB)" in which forecasts to potential risks for the pilot area Schlabendorf-South were successfully created using the company's advangeo^® Prediction Software.

Enrico Kallmeier will presented the joint project together with the LMBV and the TU BAF on 27^th June 2014 at 13:20 p.m. in the Alte Mensa of Freiberg.
